About the Role

We are seeking a motivated FinOps Business Analyst to join our growing FinOps team. In this critical role, you will work with existing customers to optimize their cloud costs, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. You will be instrumental in delivering expert cloud cost optimization solutions by collaborating with various departments and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on cloud cost-optimization best practices.
• Present and demonstrate AllCloud’s Reseller Programs and tools.
• Provide comprehensive support to company customers.
• Analyze and address customer requirements related to cloud financial management.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Solutions Architects, and internal teams to implement optimization strategies.
• Keep the sales team informed of customer status for renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Create customized cost reports for clients.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex cloud billing data.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and their associated cost management tools.
• Excellent skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for cost analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-focused solutions and consulting services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
• Experience with multi-cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with automation tools for cost management and reporting.
