About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Training & Support Engineer to join their team in Monza, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing of sterile injectable products and develop your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with machinery suppliers.
• Contribute to the manufacturing of sterile injectable products.
• Develop and share expertise within the Technical Trainer Team.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in technical training and support engineering.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in the context of sterile injectable products.
• Understanding of machinery suppliers and their role in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict guidelines regarding personal appearance (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair).

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in Monza, Italy. The role involves working within a cleanroom setting, requiring strict adherence to specific environmental and personal hygiene protocols. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday.
