Job Description

Product Manager

PadSplit is seeking a Product Manager to join our Marketplace team, specifically leading our Supply Growth pod. This role is pivotal in defining and executing a product roadmap aimed at accelerating new property activations and achieving scalable supply growth. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and support teams to build impactful systems and experiences.

This is a permanent, fully remote position.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving business growth through product innovation. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to launch features that positively impact key business metrics. You should be adept at synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data from user interviews, data analysis, and executive discussions to make clear, actionable decisions. A high degree of ownership, ruthless prioritization, and the ability to lead or enable others are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision: Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Growth, informed by data, customer insights, and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support teams to scope, build, and launch high-impact initiatives.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Balance immediate activation wins with long-term platform investments through structured prioritization and clear tradeoff decisions.
  • User Discovery: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research to validate hypotheses and ensure a user-centric product approach.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead sprint rituals, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and bug triage, to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze funnel metrics, activation KPIs, and market data to identify opportunities and measure product impact.
  • Continuous Iteration: Design, launch, and evaluate product experiments to quickly improve user experience and core supply growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in a marketplace business, real estate, investing, or a similarly supply-constrained environment.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and KPIs, with the ability to write basic SQL queries for analysis.
  • Proficiency in translating quantitative and qualitative data into clear product decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments.
  • Proven ability to build alignment and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity for creative problem-solving and generating innovative, practical solutions.
  • Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, execution, and analysis, or the ability to quickly learn.
  • A high ownership mindset, bias toward action, and commitment to delivering outcomes that benefit both customers and the business.

What We Offer

  • A fully remote work environment.
  • Competitive compensation package, including an equity incentive plan and a company bonus.
  • National medical, dental, and vision healthcare plans.
  • Company-provided life insurance policy.
  • Optional accidental insurances, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) benefits.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy with eleven company-observed holidays.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Twelve weeks of paid parental leave for eligible birth and non-birth parents.
  • The opportunity to contribute to solving the affordable housing crisis.
