About the Role

This position reports to the Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve long-term objectives and contribute to the division's sales success within the Emilia Romagna and Central Italy region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned geographical area.
  • Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the division.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.

Requirements
