Mobility and Cooperation SRL is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our growth in the international education sector. We organize Erasmus teacher training courses and international education projects for schools across Europe and are currently in an exciting scaling phase with ambitious goals.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Padova office. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales and marketing efforts to achieve significant commercial growth. This is an onsite role with no remote or hybrid options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the international education market.
• Manage and nurture client relationships.
• Contribute to the company's expansion and scaling efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Understanding of the International Education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth.
• Experience with Erasmus programs is a plus.
