To achieve this vision, we are expanding our Acquisition Team with a strong focus on scalable, profitable new customer acquisition, where Paid Social is a key growth driver. Our ambition is to build the best media buying team in Germany, elevate UGC, Direct Response, and VSL funnels, and achieve scalable new customer acquisition with a clear CAC logic and profitability focus. Key Responsibilities

• Independently scale Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition.
• Analyze the entire funnel from the first ad click to checkout, identifying specific optimization levers (Hook, Angle, Offer, Landing Page, UX, Trust Elements, Checkout).
• Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong emphasis on long-form formats like VSLs.
• Strategically advance our creative strategy beyond static and UGC, with a clear view on the future of D2C performance.
• Collaborate closely with Direct Response Copy, Creative Strategy, and CRO teams to quickly test and iteratively improve performance hypotheses.
• Build and develop a structured creative testing framework (Hooks, Angles, Mechanisms, Objection Handling).
• Drive performance using data based on CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
• Conduct continuous market, competitor, and US research to identify performance trends early.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally in the supplements, beauty, or cosmetics sector.
• Solid understanding of Direct Response Marketing and performance funnels.
• Ability to derive concrete hypotheses and tests from data analysis.
• Understanding of the importance of static ads and UGC, and recognition of the future role of long-form formats like VSLs in D2C.
• Experience in conceptualizing or strategically co-developing performance creatives.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with long-form/VSL funnels.
• Experience with subscription models or high Average Order Value (AOV) products.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or other creative tools.
• Experience with TikTok Paid advertising.
