Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field, with at least 8 years specifically in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action, clarity, and high standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional executives.
  • A demonstrated track record of using data to drive measurable business impact within a consumer-facing marketing team.
  • Experience with brand and performance marketing, understanding how these functions operate.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, with a history of elevating talent and fostering a strong team culture.
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, including attribution modeling, media mix modeling, causal inference, and customer lifetime value modeling.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and experience improving data accessibility across organizations.
  • Solid statistical foundation (e.g., hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, experimental design) and experience with Python.

What We Offer

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $217,000 up to $300,000, with potential for higher based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for bonus and a competitive equity package.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401k match.
  • Generous vacation policy and company-wide paid days off.
  • Annual wellness stipend.
  • Up to 24 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Access to Maven, a family planning tool, with lifetime reimbursement for fertility treatments, adoption, and more.
  • Opportunities for professional development and to join an experienced team in FinTech.
