About the Role
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dedicated Renewal Account Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy. In this onsite, permanent role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the continued success of our existing enterprise clients within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and renewing major customer accounts, as well as identifying and closing new enterprise business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage, qualify, and renew existing enterprise customer accounts in Italy.
- Effectively communicate the key value proposition of Wolters Kluwer's solutions.
- Sell UpToDate® Advanced and Lexicomp® solutions to existing enterprise clients.
- Identify and close new enterprise business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Renewal and Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management.
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success initiatives.
- Experience in Sales, particularly with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of the Renewal process.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Business development.
- Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
