About the Role

HYATT CENTRIC MURANO VENICE is a lifestyle hotel located in the heart of the Venetian lagoon. We offer our guests a unique starting point to explore Venice and its islands at a relaxed pace, moving away from the more crowded tourist areas. Murano, the island of glass, provides an authentic Venetian experience, allowing guests to discover the city and its surroundings through the eyes of its residents.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an F&B Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met.
• Manage day-to-day hotel operations related to the F&B department.
• Lead and develop the F&B team.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in F&B Management.
• Strong understanding of Guest Service principles.
• Experience in Hotel Operations.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities.
• Excellent Attention to Detail.
