Triple Whale is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Technical Solutions to lead our professional services team. This is a remote, permanent, executive-level role within our US-based operations.

About the Role

As the Director of Technical Solutions, you will be responsible for the professional-services arm of our Customer Experience department. You will oversee four key disciplines: Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering. This senior technical leadership position is crucial for establishing Triple Whale's credibility with enterprise clients, defending against competitive solutions, and ensuring our most important customers remain irreplaceable. You will manage Technical Solutions as a service business, focusing on key metrics such as attach rates, utilization, and customer outcomes, acting as a technical force multiplier to protect retention and drive expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, including hiring, coaching, and developing senior technical professionals.
• Set the strategic direction and culture for the Technical Solutions department.
• Own and manage the Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering functions.
• Drive the technical depth required to satisfy enterprise client needs.
• Manage the Technical Solutions team as a service business, with a focus on key performance indicators.
• Act as a technical force multiplier to enhance customer retention and facilitate business expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in e-commerce.
• Expertise in Solutions Architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
