About the Challenge

Nearly 80% of enterprise data exists in unstructured formats like PDFs. These documents are the standard for enterprise knowledge across industries, from insurance claims and financial statements to invoices and health records. This presents a significant bottleneck, leading to countless wasted hours each week.

Traditional methods, including OCR and even advanced ML approaches, often fail to reliably extract information from complex PDFs. Text can be jumbled, figures missed, and tables are notoriously difficult to process accurately. Overcoming these challenges typically requires substantial engineering effort to build specialized pipelines for each document type.

Reducto addresses this by breaking down document layouts into subsections and contextually parsing each based on its content. This is achieved through a sophisticated combination of vision models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a suite of proprietary heuristics.

With Reducto, you can:
