We are looking for a Streaming Media Assistant to join our Live Orchestration Department. This department is responsible for the daily processes and procedures required to run our live and on-demand streaming video products, ensuring proper functionality across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
As a Streaming Media Assistant, you will be a key member of a daily operations team responsible for delivering high-profile media products to market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Following operational procedures and raising awareness of workflow issues.
- Executing defined processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams.
- Performing system health monitoring and live and Video On Demand (VOD) streaming media orchestration using proprietary software and tools.
- Recording steps taken to troubleshoot workflows when issues arise.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong understanding of computers and applications.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills.
