About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our North American teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure we hire the best candidates who align with Cision's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, and other related positions.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department goals, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Work with HR, Finance, and hiring managers to develop competitive offers, extend them to candidates, and manage negotiations.
- Reporting & Strategy: Conduct weekly update meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline progress, discuss candidate feedback, and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals. Provide market insights on industry trends and talent market conditions.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote Cision as an employer of choice within the tech industry.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and equitable hiring practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-impact commercial roles within tight timelines.
