About the Role

Chubb is seeking a skilled Casualty Underwriter to join our team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will be instrumental in developing and managing Chubb's Casualty portfolio. You will build strong relationships within the market and with brokers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Chubb Casualty portfolio.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the market and brokers.
• Conduct comprehensive underwriting analysis for new and renewal casualty insurance policies, including both indigenous and multinational clients.
• Collaborate closely with brokers and clients to understand their specific needs.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Chubb's culture and the Casualty insurance market.
• Proven experience in Underwriting, specifically within Casualty insurance.
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in Risk Analysis.
