Selection 4.0 is seeking a Senior HR Manager for our client, a leading company in the development, production, and distribution of innovative printing solutions. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Novara, Italy.
About the Role
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the global HR team. You will be the central point of contact for external payroll services and will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate personnel and salary data.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and supervision of the Global HR Team (4-5 HR Administrators).
- Serve as the central contact for external payroll services.
- Collect and account for data for the monthly payroll of the Swiss branch.
- Manage documentation and filing of salary and personnel data.
- Handle correspondence and issue certificates with and for the authorities.
- Prepare all necessary HR documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Management.
- Proficiency in Payroll processes.
- Strong HR Administration skills.
- Experience with Personnel Data management.
- Experience leading or supervising an HR Team.
