About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our team in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational controlling activities within the eyewear manufacturing environment.
• Analyze financial performance related to manufacturing operations.
• Support decision-making processes through accurate financial reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Controlling.
• Familiarity with the Eyewear industry, preferably within Luxury or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
