This is a fully remote position, based in Western Australia, ideal for doctors seeking to make a significant impact in a dynamic digital-first healthcare environment.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced General Practitioners registered with AHPRA to join our growing telehealth team. You will provide high-quality consultations to a diverse patient base across Australia, blending evidence-based practice with innovative approaches. This role is particularly suited to doctors available during late afternoons and evenings, ideally between 3pm–9pm WA time, with flexibility to accommodate patient demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality telehealth consultations across a broad range of presentations and age groups.
• Manage clinical assessments, prescriptions (S4 & S8), and follow-up consultations.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and doctor support teams to ensure streamlined patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation within a digital environment.
• Utilise digital tools to optimise patient outcomes and enhance service efficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Strong understanding of prescribing regulations in Western Australia, including confidence in managing Schedule 8 medications within a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with privacy laws, RTPM, S8 regulations, and medico-legal obligations.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to confidently manage approximately 4-6 ten-minute consultations per hour.
• Strong clinical judgment, with an evidence-based and harm-reduction mindset.
• Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks.
• Experience working with multiple digital platforms and navigating technology efficiently.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsive, with a collaborative approach to patient care.
