Installation Site Manager (W/M/D)

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a passionate and experienced Installation Site Manager (M/W/D) to lead on-site industrial projects. This is a permanent, onsite role based in Parma, Italy, reporting to the Lead Installation Site Manager. You will take full ownership of project execution at customer sites, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary field teams.
• Ensure the flawless delivery of projects.
• Oversee all aspects of on-site project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Installation and Site Management.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities.
• Experience working at customer sites.
• A passion for leading industrial projects where safety, quality, cost, and delivery are critical.
