About the Role

GEA is a leading global supplier for the food and beverage processing industry and other process industries. We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security Expert to join our team in Parma, Italy. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our critical operational technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage OT security measures to protect industrial control systems and related infrastructure.
• Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks within the Operational Technology environment.
• Develop and enforce OT security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure integrated security solutions.
• Monitor OT systems for security threats and incidents.
• Provide expertise on cybersecurity best practices for process industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in OT Security and Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology environments, particularly within process industries.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams.
