CSS TSSM Travel Technology Specialist (Remote)
BCD Travel is seeking a dedicated and experienced CSS TSSM Travel Technology Specialist to join our global team. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position open to candidates in Europe, specifically Spain and Poland.

About the Role
The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Specialist is responsible for assessing incidents to determine solution approaches, understanding requests for changes to identify the best approach, and applying solutions to ensure business problems are resolved effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct logical assessments and replicate errors or test situations where possible.
- Analyze complex requirements involving multiple systems and processes.
- Coordinate activities with various internal and external teams across diverse issues.
- Execute small to large complex configuration changes across multiple systems with intricate logic.
- Adhere to defined and agreed-upon service level agreements.
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Proven experience in managing technology.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre, with experience in their administration.
- Knowledge of agent and client-facing travel technology, with experience in application administration.
- A team player with strong empathy for customer needs.

- Salary Range:
- Spain: EUR 32,000 - 39,000 annually
- Poland: PLN 120,000 - 135,000 annually (Note: Final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.)
