Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join their Manufacturing team in Florence, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position within the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) division, which delivers industry-leading products and services to optimize energy extraction, production, and processing. You will play a key role in helping diverse customers reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.
• Contribute to the success of the Manufacturing Team, with a strong focus on Quality within Production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Manufacturing and Operations.
• A passion for Quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Production and Assembly processes.
