Our Global Buying Offices are integral to our success. Here, resident buyers and sourcers are responsible for purchasing goods locally and exploring regional markets to discover exciting products. We are seeking a Junior Buyer to join our team in Florence, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the buying and sourcing of apparel and fashion products.
• Support the scouting of regional markets for new and exciting product opportunities.
• Contribute to the overall buying strategy, ensuring alignment with TJX's off-price model.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product selection meets customer demand and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in buying, sourcing, and the retail industry, particularly in apparel and fashion.
• Understanding of the fashion market and current trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
