About the Role

Vestas is looking for a senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our team at the Production Plant in Taranto, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Global and Regional HR processes and initiatives. You will work closely with business objectives and needs, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Solid background in labor law and HR processes.
• Experience in human resources management within a production environment.
• Strong understanding of HR management principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting.
