Lyreco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sales efforts across the North East, Centre, and South regions of Italy. Reporting to the Head of Sales PPE, this senior role is crucial for achieving our sales targets and driving growth within the Safety and Hygiene Business Line.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy through effective team management. You will guide and develop your team, focusing on achieving sales results, enhancing negotiation skills, and deepening knowledge of PPE services and products. A collaborative approach and a matrix way of working are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets for the PPE sector.
• Implement and drive the company's sales strategy through your managed team.
• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a focus on sales results.
• Enhance negotiation capacity within the sales team.
• Promote in-depth knowledge of PPE services and products.

Requirements
