Since our founding in 2019, we've experienced significant growth, expanding our team to 40 dedicated individuals. We are now seeking a passionate "Booking Specialist" to join our dynamic Travel Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process bookings for events and travel-related services.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the success of the Travel Team through effective sales and booking strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and booking processes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in event management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
