About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on three core areas:

• Business Development:
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through thorough market analysis.
  • Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling, to connect with prospects.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, organize meetings, and effectively present Amaris's expertise.
  • Drive new business initiatives and secure client engagements.
• Client Engagement:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and operational excellence of the consulting practice.

Requirements
