About the Role
Bormioli Pharma is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join their Information Technology Department in Parma. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Infrastructure Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous support to all company employees, focusing on the installation, configuration, and problem resolution of Hardware and Software Systems.
- Ensure the effective operation of backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain optimal performance levels.
- Support the management and relationships with external suppliers, including those for Data Centers, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, and Network services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Support roles.
