IT Help Desk Specialist

About the Role

Bormioli Pharma is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join their Information Technology Department in Parma. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Infrastructure Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to all company employees, focusing on the installation, configuration, and problem resolution of Hardware and Software Systems.
• Ensure the effective operation of backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to maintain optimal performance levels.
• Support the management and relationships with external suppliers, including those for Data Centers, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, and Network services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support roles.
• Strong understanding of Hardware and Software systems.
• Knowledge of Network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Data Protection principles and practices.
• Experience in supplier management is a plus.
