About the Role
Sidel is seeking a dedicated Service Account Manager to cover Romania and Israel. This onsite role, based in Parma, Italy, is ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong background in sales, customer service, and account management within the manufacturing industry. You will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding all after-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the sales of "after sales" products through travel within the assigned territory and meetings with customer technical and procurement contacts.
- Act as the main customer entry point for all after-sales inquiries, including spare parts, technical service, diagnostic visits, and options & upgrades.
- Liaise effectively with internal Sidel structures to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Secondary School technical diploma.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management.
- Familiarity with providing technical support and managing spare parts.
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographical area (Romania & Israel).
