Store Manager with Advanced English

About the Role

HalfPrice, a rapidly expanding off-price retail chain within the CCC Group, is seeking an experienced and English-proficient Store Manager to join our team in Milan. We offer a diverse selection of branded products at attractive prices, spanning clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys, and home furnishings. Since our launch in May 2021, we have grown to over 130 stores and are continuing our passionate development journey.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales targets. This includes:

• Leading and motivating the store team.
• Managing daily retail operations.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Driving sales performance.
• Implementing store strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Store Management or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Retail Operations.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and driving sales.
• Advanced English language skills.
