About the Role

The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time management position located onsite at the hotel in Venice, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations within this luxury hotel. This includes:

• Managing and supervising housekeeping staff.
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Contributing to the overall success of hotel operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Excellent staff supervision and leadership skills.
