Marriott International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rooms to join the esteemed team at The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this executive-level role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the guest experience in one of the world's most iconic luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge services.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest services and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Rooms Division.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Implement and maintain brand standards to ensure a consistent and superior guest experience.
• Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Rooms Management, Guest Services, and Operations Management within the hotel industry.
• Strong background in Hotel Management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
