About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will work remotely, requiring you to have your own equipment to perform your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cordial and professional service to all clients.
- Effectively and efficiently handle inbound telephone calls.
- Deliver effective solutions to customer problems, questions, and requests.
- Offer friendly and prompt assistance to clients via telephone and virtual channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (user level).
- Experience managing interactions with challenging customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess your own equipment for remote work.
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.
