About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a motivated and driven Payroll Professional to join their HR Services EMEA team. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position located in Reggio Emilia, Italy. As part of an ongoing implementation of a new HR delivery model, you will be a key member of a newly formed team within a shared services setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for employees within the EMEA region.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the new HR delivery model.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and other team members in the shared services environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with HR Services and Shared Services environments.
• Understanding of HR Delivery Models.
• Experience with EMEA payroll regulations is a plus.
• Strong motivation and drive to contribute to a new team.
