Cespira is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our HR practices and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations.

About the Role

As the primary HR professional on-site at our Brescia Manufacturing Plant, you will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations. Additionally, you will remotely serve as the primary HR representative for our small team located in Gothenburg, Sweden. This hybrid role offers the chance to make a significant impact across two distinct locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR operations for the Brescia Manufacturing Plant.
• Provide HR support and guidance to the team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in both Italy and Sweden.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR Operations.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR practices in both Italy and Sweden is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English.
