Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources for its new warehouse facility in Florence, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position within our Industrial Logistics HR team.

As the local HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing all HR services, policies, and programs for the site. You will serve as a key consultant to management on all human resources matters, playing a vital role in supporting the growth and success of this new facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the warehouse.
• Act as the primary HR Business Partner, providing expert consultation to site management on HR-related issues.
• Support the strategic growth and development of the warehouse facility.
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong understanding of HR Business Partner functions.
• Experience in recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of employee relations.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
