About the Role

Relais Borgo Santo Pietro Group is a rapidly expanding company with diverse ventures including a five-star boutique hotel, gourmet restaurants, a spa and skincare line, a cookery school, property development, and an interior design company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Headquarters in Florence. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced and vibrant environment. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Overseeing all Human Resources functions.
• Managing recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Developing and implementing talent management strategies.
