About the Role
We are seeking a senior Project Director, Qualitative Research to manage and lead a Client Service Team. This role is ideal for an experienced market research professional with a focus on healthcare. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also contribute to improving team efficiency and collaboration by updating processes and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to members of the operations team.
- Manage project escalations, partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance project performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Monitor team productivity and the quality of data collection for assigned projects.
- Oversee the team's billing process to ensure project profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and client service policies.
- Execute client service improvement plans, working collaboratively with sales and other team members to provide a consistent, solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Qualitative Market Research.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience in healthcare-focused Market Research is preferred.
- Experience with complex market research projects (e.g., programming, intricate sampling, international research, translations, patient recruitment) is preferred.
- Strong self-motivation with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
