About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Advisor to join a luxurious, contemporary, and iconic perfume brand in Venice. This brand is renowned for its high-quality, specially-created products, inspired by the brilliance of the Renaissance. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional service to discerning customers within a beautiful boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently reach and exceed personal sales targets.
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to clients regarding our unique fragrance collections.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, building lasting relationships with clients.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product range and brand heritage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury sales, client advising, or high-end retail.
• A passion for fragrances and a strong understanding of the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a boutique setting.
• Sales-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
