About the Role

The Early Years Teaching Assistant will support the educational and developmental needs of young learners within the Early Years setting. This role is ideal for a junior professional passionate about early childhood education and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment.
• Support with daily routines and activities.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and potentially parents.

Requirements

• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Fluency in English.
• A passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
