We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Auditor to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of quality management systems.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Auditing within the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
