Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide information about the estate, local attractions, and services.
• Assist with reservations and booking of activities.
• Maintain the reception area to the highest standards.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.
