Legal Advisor Junior - Data Protection

About the Role

CRIF S.p.A., the holding company of an international group specializing in credit information systems, business information, and credit management solutions, is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor with a focus on Data Protection. The CRIF Group provides a range of IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software, and consulting services primarily to finance, insurance, utilities, and general enterprises. We are looking to expand our legal team to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on data protection matters.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.
• Support the legal team in various aspects of legal advisory services within the finance and IT solutions sectors.

Requirements

• Previous experience or strong academic background in Data Protection law.
• Familiarity with legal advisory principles.
• Understanding of credit information systems, business information, or IT solutions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
