This role is a unique blend of social strategist, copywriter, and content creator, working closely with clients to shape their brand's narrative. You will report to the Head of Social Media and own social and content programs for a portfolio of accounts. As a creator-first agency, you will also act as a strategic partner to our influencer team, contributing your expertise in social media and culture to talent identification and campaign support.

- Translate brand strategy into consistent, native-feeling posts and impactful campaign moments.
- Determine posting schedules, platforms, and strategic rationale for content.
- Onsite Content Capture:
- Lead content shoots at client offices, events, and activations.
- Capture authentic footage that reflects the moment.
- Direct talent and clients on camera with confidence and warmth.
- Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into final social media deliverables (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Stories) tailored for each platform.
- Handle color correction, sound mixing, and captioning, delivering clean files on tight deadlines.
- Quickly iterate on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Copy & Community Management:
- Write engaging captions with strong hooks designed for immediate attention.
- Manage community interactions, including replies, comments, and escalating issues.
- Stay current with platform trends, audio, and meme cycles, translating them into client-appropriate creative content.
- Creator Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with the influencer team, providing social-native insights on emerging talent and trending formats.
- Utilize in-house tools to identify and vet talent for creator campaigns.
- Build creator lists based on audience, aesthetic, and format requirements.
- Assist with creator outreach and provide support for active campaigns.
- Share insights on creator movements and cultural shifts in team meetings.
- Client Partnership:
- Work directly with clients to develop and optimize their content programs.
- Lead client calls, present performance data, and recommend strategic next steps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on trend adoption that aligns with brand strategy.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, content production, or in-house creator roles.

- Deep understanding of current trends and winning content formats on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable with on-set responsibilities including lighting, audio, and basic camera operation without a full crew.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling hooks.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to read a room and adapt strategies.
- A genuine passion for and understanding of creators and internet culture.
- An adaptable mindset, open to a multidisciplinary role with diverse responsibilities.
