About the Role

Pomellato is seeking a Client Advisor Intern to join our team in Florence. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior individual passionate about luxury, jewellery, and exceptional customer service to gain hands-on experience in a renowned maison.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing exceptional client service and building strong customer relationships.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual and store targets.
• Gain knowledge of Pomellato's collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Contribute to maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the boutique.
• Participate in daily store operations and clienteling activities.

Requirements

• A passion for the luxury goods sector, particularly jewellery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a strong desire to provide outstanding service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in sales or client advisory roles is a plus.
