The Fountain Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer for a prominent client in the tech industry. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex marketing challenges through innovative concept, design, and execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a thought-provoking designer with excellent craft, extensive digital and print experience, and strong conceptual abilities. You should be fearless in exploring new directions and techniques, stay current with industry trends and best practices, and be a go-to resource for design input. This role requires both the ability to execute quickly and sustain long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
  • Creative campaigns
  • E-books
  • Email materials
  • Social media campaigns
  • Webpages and presentations
• Develop immersive experiences for major events, such as Dreamforce.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and solve complex marketing problems.
• Flex between teams as needed to support creative initiatives.

Requirements

• Portfolio required.
• Experience in the tech industry (direct or through agency work with tech clients).
• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Google Suite
• Understanding of Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a significant plus.
• Optional skills: Motion and Animation.
