We are partnering with a membership-based investment firm focused on providing targeted exposure to private markets. The company enables its members to invest selectively in single-investment and niche fund vehicles across sectors such as private credit, real estate, private equity, and venture capital.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable operating across the entire stack and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. As part of a lean and dynamic team, you will bring strong software engineering skills and an interest in DevOps practices, including experience or exposure to AWS, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure management. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively, with a solid understanding of modern development frameworks and a willingness to dive into both front-end and back-end challenges to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python and Django.
• Develop and optimize modern front-end applications using Vue.js and Vite, or React.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage infrastructure using Terraform and CDK for Terraform.
• Utilize Docker and Docker Compose to streamline local development and deployment processes.
• Implement secure and efficient secrets management with 1Password CLI.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and manage production deployments using Uvicorn, Nginx, and container orchestration tools.
• Debug and troubleshoot full-stack issues using tools such as VSCode and remote debugging techniques.
• Mentor junior developers and actively participate in architectural and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, particularly with React or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of Python, with hands-on experience in Django or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and containerized development for streamlined local environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CDK for Terraform (CDKTF).
• Comfortable working in Unix/macOS environments, using tools like Homebrew, nvm, and pyenv.
• Experience with web server configuration, including tools like Nginx and Uvicorn.
• Knowledge of secure development practices and secrets management.
• Strong debugging skills, including experience with remote development workflows.
