Program Manager Fulfillment Operations

About the Role

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Fulfillment Operations to join our corporate Operations Team. This remote role is a permanent position focused on leading critical facility buildout and automation initiatives across our fulfillment network. You will report to the Manager of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for new fulfillment center (FC) launches, relocations, and automation system deployments.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage projects to meet defined scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Fulfillment Operations and Supply Chain principles.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Execution and managing complex initiatives.
• Experience with automation projects.
