About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the post-implementation customer journey, ensuring clients maximize the value of their RingCentral solutions. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of RingCentral's products, services, and administration portal.
- Identify customer challenges and future needs, recommending appropriate RingCentral solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing education, and renewals.
- Provide product training and guidance on feature optimization.
- Ensure customers are leveraging the full suite of RingCentral features.
- Proactively engage with "at-risk" accounts and implement retention strategies to protect Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Develop account-specific plans for contract renewals.
- Collaborate with partner sellers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce.com.
- Meet or exceed assigned MRR and activity targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technology Solution sales (UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or similar industries).
- Experience with administrator portal training.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in contract renewal and negotiation.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated account management experience.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
