Group Sales Controller

About the Role

LHH is seeking a Senior Group Sales Controller for a multinational client in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Milan, Italy. You will report directly to the Group Head of Controlling and play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing the company's commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze group-level commercial performance, including revenue, margins, volumes, and product mix.
• Support the definition of the sales budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Controlling.
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is essential.
