The Opportunity

We are seeking talented, recent accounting graduates (maximum 2 years of experience) to join our regional capital team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with key executives and external stakeholders, including investors and advisors, across our entire group, encompassing the parent company and all subsidiaries.

The Corporate Finance Associate will be an integral part of a team responsible for:

• Financial and strategic planning
• Investor relations
• Corporate governance
• Liquidity management
• Transaction execution (e.g., fundraising, M&A)

You will have direct and frequent interaction with the company's senior executives. This position is ideal for accounting graduates aspiring to build a career in corporate finance, focusing on strategy, planning, investments, fundraising, and governance.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Accounting or Accountancy with excellent academic results.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of practical experience in accounting, law/compliance/tax, or investments will also be considered.
• Numeracy: A high level of numeracy, defined as the ability to understand, apply, and reason with numbers and mathematical concepts in practical situations, including data analysis, statistics, and quantitative problem-solving.
• Autonomy: Ability to self-manage and work independently without constant supervision.
• Work Ethic: A strong and dedicated work ethic.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
